Labor productivity is understood as the speed of creating added value, the speed of providing solutions to problems, creating efficiency and satisfying partners in sustainable development. We (Vietnam) have the lowest labor productivity in the region, but why are we still in a position of high growth?
The reason is that we have the resources, the legacy that our ancestors sacrificed and won back for us and we have particularly excellent personal elements that are able to “carry the whole team”. Labor productivity is not synonymous with diligence, although diligence is very important, labor productivity is determined by ideology and system, from there to technology, methods and resonance of strength. group. As the ancients have concluded, “Although strong and weak are different, heroes are available from time to time” (Nguyen Trai).
So let’s see if Vietnam has heroes today. I confirm yes!
Heroism is the dominant gene of the nation, so there are heroes in every era and every field. Currently, on the front against loss of national resources, we have the “great furnace man”; on the front of managing the national economy, we have a General full of enthusiasm and selfless labor; on the question of legislating for a viable system on the track of civilization in our time has the wise and painful President of the National Assembly for a highly productive and exceptional system on the people’s front, we have a very kind-hearted president with a warm and friendly smile. In addition, across the fronts of economic, political and social infrastructure, there are still industry commanders somewhere who are still trying to assert themselves and prove their suitability with the system in a joint effort demonstrate the suitability of the system to the rotation of the wheel of the times.
A question is raised. Heroism is there, why is Vietnam’s speed of “turning into a dragon” still far behind other countries in the region? There is still a problem of low labor productivity, and from that is low added value.
Through the process of burning the furnace, we can see 3 things: The painful and serious problems of the system are that the personnel are in high positions but not in high positions; The problem of the suitability of production relations with the nature and level of development of the productive forces. The great power of the system machine, as well as the terrible inertia if the operator is incompetent.
The world moves too fast, making concepts like “evolution”, “recession” obsolete and critical, without any solution. What we need is “Mobilization and transformation”, or “Adapting and dissolving” concepts in accordance with natural laws, social laws and the laws of the human heart.
But what moves? Adapt to what? How to solve? Transformation how? And above all, where are we going? These are questions that need an answer that is knowledgeable enough, wise enough and especially highly practical. Sometimes the key to the problem is in our hands, the most beautiful flower is the one in our garden, which we unfortunately forget because of our self-doubt and extroversion.
Recently, we have a very good suggestion, a spark of common sense, when we take the problem at a higher level, a very wise approach, which is culture, ” Culture lights the way for the nation to go” – (President Ho Chi Minh).
The approach to solving problems from a cultural perspective is noble, humane and radical, it is the light of culture that helps us to clearly perceive thoughts and choose ideas to establish a suitable system. The culture for each person to know to see and appreciate themselves that: if you find yourself incompetent to sit in the position being held, there should be a resignation culture. That resignation culture is a beautiful flower. They are not smart enough to run the organization, their labor productivity is not enough, how can they direct and inspire their subordinates to perform well and be productive. More commonly, cadres who are included in the state system are implicitly aware that they must be servants, contributors, and public servants of the people, very uncultured, that they must strive to enter the state. system to calculate the matter of “earning for blame”, the mind that can be creative in creating social and material wealth cannot increase labor productivity….
Still discussing the issue of Increasing labor productivity, I would like to share an additional approach from a social perspective.
We are living in the era of Ho Chi Minh and inheriting the legacies left by him, it is not by chance that a Holy Poet To Huu appeared to recognize and pass on heart-moving messages. “I leave Love to us”.
Intangible heritage but more valuable than any tangible value is LOVE (capitalized) to understand that it is wisdom, noun, heart, aspiration and light of culture, not not just verbs or adjectives of personal emotional states. Love is “understanding, sharing and creating solutions”.
Love is the common point, the key point, the key to today’s problems, the way for us to solve the problem of social labor productivity. Understanding and living with LOVE is how we can adapt and neutralize or know how to move and transform, from the point of view of personal training and social development.
Needless to say, why Japan has become so powerful, Japanese workers have a very high salary. To answer the above question, there are many valuable explanations that need to be studied, including the issue of labor productivity. Japanese bosses consider employees to be valuable assets of the business, so Japan has many private businesses with hundreds of years of life. Many businesses when paying wages, each employee receives a salary in an envelope, the boss personally gives it to the employee and says thank you. That is LOVE, the appreciation of business owners to employees. They understand that when employees appreciate their self-worth, and get LOVE from the boss, they will know how to put their LOVE in the business into the boss, sticking with their enthusiasm for their work. Labor productivity will be high, and income will be very high. That is the value of LOVE.
